A 30% deposit of the full price is required to secure reservation if not differently arranged. 

Apartment is rented from 16:00 on the day of arrival and has to be left until 10:00 on the day of departure.

Extra charge for less than 1 nights:  up to 30% on prices within price list.

Extra charge for less than 2 nights:  up to 20% on prices within price list.
